Cairo – Mubasher: The mandatory tender offer presented by Cairo Three A Group to buy 95,700 of National Company for Maize Products’ (NCMP) shares in consideration of EGP 4.88 million was accepted, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said in a statement on Monday.

The sold shares were priced at EGP 51 per share, the statement revealed.

NCMP’s capital has reached EGP 295.12 million divided into 29.5 million shares.
