Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company announces the recommendation of the Board of Directors at the meeting that held today 19/03/2018G not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2017 in order to continue to support the future growth of the business.
The recommendation will be placed for approval before the Ordinary General Assembly, the date of which will be determined later.
