Riyadh – Mubasher: A private transaction was executed on United International Transportation Company’s (Budget Saudi) stock at a value of SAR 1.84 million on Tuesday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The deal saw trading of 57,080 transactions at a value of SAR 32.25 per shares, Tadawul’s data showed.

The stock’s highest price for trading hit SAR 32.20 during the session, whereas the lowest price stood at SAR 32.05.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the share, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
