Mubasher: Kuwait Telecommunication Co (Viva) will hold its ordinary general meeting on Wednesday, 28 March, to consider the board’s recommendation to distribute 30% of capital as a cash dividend for fiscal year 2017.

Viva will pay the dividends on 22 April to the entitled shareholders of records on 15 April.

During the shareholders’ meeting, Viva will elect new board members for the coming three years.

It is worth noting that Viva posted a slight rise of 1% in profits to KWD 40.09 million in fiscal year 2017 compared to KWD 39.81 million in FY16.
