The Board of Directors of Middle East Healthcare Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend on 28/03/2018(G) corresponding to 11/07/1439(H) to the shareholders for year 2017 as follows:

1- Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 184.08 Millions.

2- Total number of shares entitled 92,040,000 shares.

3- Dividend per share SAR 2.

4- Dividend represent 20% of the face value.

5- The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders owning shares at the end of the company General Assembly meeting day and registered in the registers of the company of the Depository Center (EDAA) by the end of the second trading day of the General Assembly meeting day, which will be determined after taking regular approval

6- Details of dividend distribution date will be announced later.
