Al-Andalus property Co. announces that the Board of Directors has recommended on 1 / 4 / 2018 (G) corresponding to 15/7/1439 (H), the distribution of cash dividends to the shareholders of the Company for the year 2017 , as follows :
1.Total amount of distribution of dividends SAR (140 million), including (105 million) from the realized gain of offering (31.27%) of (ALAhli REIT1) Fund.
2.Number of shares entitled to dividends: ( 70 million ) shares .
3.Dividend per share SAR (2 ).
4.Dividend represent (20% ) of the nominal value.
5.The eligibility of the dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in Depository Center at the end of the second trading day of the General Assembly Meeting day, which will be announced later After taking regular approval
6.The distribution date will be announced later.
