Mubasher: Human Soft Holding will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday, 23 April, to discuss the board’s recommendation of distributing 160% and 70% of the capital as cash dividends and bonus shares, respectively.

The board has recommended paying a cash dividend of 160 fils per share for fiscal year 2017, with a total of KWD 19.47 million, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

In addition, Human Soft’s board proposed distributing a bonus share of 70-for-100 shares valued at KWD 8.56 million.

The dividends will be distributed on 29 April to the shareholders on record as of 25 April, Human Soft noted.

In FY17, Human Soft achieved a growth of 16% in profits to KWD 28.1 million in 2017 compared to KWD 24.2 million in the prior fiscal year.
