Addendum to The National Medical Care Company announcement regarding the entry into preliminary discussions with Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment that was announced on Tadawul on 10/11/1438H corresponding 02/08/2017G, National Medical Care Company would like to inform its shareholders about receiving the approval letter from General Authority for Competition on the request for economic concentration between The National Medical Care Company and Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment on 22-07-1439H corresponding 08-04-2018G.
This approval does not necessarily mean that the merger will happen between the two companies.
The Company will announce any material developments in this regards on TADAWUL website.
