Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced offering Menara Prestige tower, which is located in Kuala Lampur in Malaysia, for sale.
The Kuwait-based firm is seeking to sell the grade A, 36-storey property with a value ranged between $181 million and $194 million, Al-Qabas reported, citing The Edge Markets.
The net lettable area of Menara Prestige tower amounts to about 500,000 square metres, in addition to a car park with 800 spaces.
“We have discussed the matter with our partners in Kuwait and await their further advice,” KFH’s spokesperson said.
Both American Express Malaysia and oil and gas service provider Petrofac had signed leases contract with the building, which will enhance the tenancies of the building to 80%.
