Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Ezz Dekheila Steel – Alexandria approved the distribution of EGP 801.8 million in cash dividends to shareholders.

The OGM nodded to pay a per-share dividend of EGP 60 for the year ended December 2017, the iron and steel producer said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

The OGM also endorsed the board of directors’ report and the auditory report for 2017, the statement showed.

Al Ezz Dekheila Steel’s board had previously proposed EGP 668.2 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the full-year 2017.
