Saudi indices end Tuesday in green
Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company's (SPMC) stock was the bourse's best performer after gaining 9.9%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed Tuesday up after growing  46.1 points, or 0.57%, to 8,096 points,  touching its highest level in more than two years and a half or since 18 August 2015.

TASI saw trading of 240.3 million shares on Tuesday, up from 212.26 million on Monday, while liquidity increased to SAR 5.04 billion ($1.34 billion), from SAR 4.92 billion ($1.31 billion).

The utilities sector added 1.26%, followed by telecommunication services with 0.89%, materials with 0.81%, and banks with 0.64%.

On the flipside, the commercial and professional services sector inched down 0.96%, while real estate management and development edged down 0.54%.

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company's (SPMC) stock was the bourse's best performer after gaining 9.9% to SAR 9.55, whereas Arriyadh Development Co.’s stock led losers with 3.96% to SAR 19.38.

In the meantime, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, rose slightly 0.07% or 2.24 points, to finish at 3,173.51 points.

Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s stock levelled up 5.52% to close Tuesday at SAR 30.60, whereas the stock of Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries went down 2.65% to SAR 46.60.
