Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: UAE-based Bloom Holding is still considering offering a stake of its shares on the stock market, CEO Sameh Muhtadi has said.

A slew of companies, including EFG Hermes One, advises Bloom Holding on the potential share sale, and any further updates will be released upon happening, Albayan newspaper reported, citing Muhtadi as saying.

Listing Bloom Holding’s shares will not be implemented this year, while it may take place in 2019, subject to the market improvement, the CEO added.

The firm has not specified the proposed stake or the bourse that will host the offering yet, while it may choose the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Muhtadi noted.
