TASI grows, Nomu stable early Thursday
The retailing sector fell 0.65%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 0.85% or 69.4 points to 8,215.57 points in Thursday’s early trades.

By 10:35 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 4.44 million shares changed hands through 23,000, generating SAR 1.01 billion in a turnover.

The banks, materials, and telecommunication services sectors increased 1.19%, 1.01%, and 0.79%, respectively.

On the other hand, the retailing sector fell 0.65%, while real estate investment traded funds (REITs) inched up 0.28%.

 Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance’s stock jumped 8.5% to SAR 25.90, whereas the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company’s (MedGulf) stock dropped 1.47% to SAR 26.15.

Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, remained unchanged at 3,192.39 points.

Al-Kathiri Holding Company’s stock rose 10.87%, whereas Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries’ stock declined 0.84%.
