Further to the announcement published on Tadawul website on 23-04-2018 regarding the announcement of the results of the shareholder Ordinary general assembly meeting, Etihad Etisalat Co. announces that for item number 5, related to the appointment of the external auditor, the shareholders approved the appointment of KPMG Al Fozan & Partners to review and audit the Company annual and quarterly financial statements from the third quarter of the fiscal year of 2018 till the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year of 2019.
