Dubai – Mubasher: Shuaa Capital has fully acquired Integrated Securities Company and Integrated Capital Company.

Shuaa will consolidate the financial statement of both companies in its statement as of the second quarter of 2018, according to a bourse statement released on Monday.

The Dubai-based investment company’s voluntary offer to acquire Amwal International Investment Company is currently subject to the Kuwaiti regulatory authorities, Shuaa revealed.

“Shuaa Capital continues to seek, and is in discussions with, a number of acquisition targets including Egypt,” the company said. 

In February, Shuaa’s chairman Jassim Alseddiqi announced that the company is looking forward to implementing dual-listing transactions for a number of Egyptian companies in the UAE and vice versa.
