L'azurde Company for Jewelry announces that the Board of Directors which was elected for the new term starting on April 26, 2018 and for 3 years has issued the following resolution:

1. Appoint Mr. Mohammed Ebrahim Al Shroogi , Chairman for current term.
2. Appoint Mr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Saleh Al Othaim, Vice-Chairman for current term.
3. Appoint Mr. Sherif Abdel Aziz Fahmy Ali, Board secretary for current term.
3. Appointed the Board committees as per the attachment.
