Dubai – Mubasher: Callix, a call services provider, is planning to expand across the UAE, and to explore and invest in regional markets later including Saudi Arabia and Egypt, the company’s founder and CEO Arif Saiyad told Mubasher.

Callix is open for partnerships, Saiyad added, noting that his company did not take loans to fund any of its proejcts.

We are exerting huge efforts to enhance the operations of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the coverage of all of its incoming calls, the CEO stated.

The satisfaction level of our clients is expected to grow, as Callix will play a major role in solving problems and, consequently, boosting production, leaving a positive effect on the consumer of its services, Mubasher reported, citing Saiyad as saying.
