With reference to Zahra Al Waha Trading Company's announcement on February 27, 2018 regarding the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the fiscal year 2017 which was approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly on 22 April 2018, Zahrat Al Waha Trading Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the financial year 2017 starting from Sunday 6 May 2018 in the bank accounts associated with the investment portfolios of the shareholders due upon closing transactions on 22 April 2018 and according to the shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the maturity date in all banks Ornament in the Kingdom with one (1) riyal per share.
