Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Salam Group Holding approved not to distribute dividends for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2017.

Al Salam, which is listed on Boursa Kuwait, the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), and the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX), also approved the income statements and the auditor’s report for FY17, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

In FY17, Al Salam incurred a loss of about KWD 77,260 against profits worth nearly KWD 314,700 in FY16.
