Alawwal bank announces the resignation of Mr.Yousif Mohammed Al-Mubarak from his position as an Audit Committee Member, due to personal reasons. Mr.Al-Mubarak submitted his resignation on April 13, 2018, and was accepted by the Board via circulation and deemed effective on May 9,2018.

The Board of Directors issued a circular resolution today, May 9,2018, to appoint Dr.Suliman Abdulaziz Al-Twaijri as an Audit Committee member. The appointment is deemed effective on the same date. Dr.Al-Twaijri holds a PhD in Accounting and has an extensive experience in finance,accounting and audit.The approval of the Board shall not be deemed final as such appointment shall be presented to the General Assembly during its first upcoming meeting for approval.
