MetLife AIG ANB announces to its esteemed shareholders the decrease of its accumulated losses to be under 50% of its capital. The accumulated losses of the company have become on 18/04/2018 SAR 21.27 Million which represent 11.82% of the company's capital which is SAR 180 Million.

The main reason for the decrease of losses is attributed to the reduction of the Company's capital from SAR 350 Million to SAR 180 Million to offset SAR 170 Million of the losses in line with the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly in its meeting which convened on 18/04/2018.

Attached to this announcement the report of the external auditor which illustrates the financial position of the Company after the accumulated losses decrease.
