Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) its shareholding in it’s fully owned subsidiary Al Khaliji France SA and is currently engaging with interested third parties in respect of a possible disposal of 100% of its shares.

Discussions are at a very preliminary stage and there is no certainty that any transaction will be entered into. It is proposed that any transaction would be effected by way of a private offering.  A further announcement will only be made if there is a development which requires the disclosure of further information under the applicable laws.
