Qatar's oil output falls to 590,000 bpds in April
Saudi Arabia raised its production by 46,500 bpds in April

Mubasher: Qatar has reduced its oil production by 4,300 barrels per day (bpds) to 590,000 bpds in April 2018, from 595,000 bpds a month earlier, Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries’ (OPEC) report showed.

Venezuela also trimmed its output by 41,700 bpds, followed by Gabon and Nigeria with 9,300, and 8,300 bpds, respectively, the report added.

Angola, Guinea, and Iraq reduced their production by 7,800, 6,800, and 700 bpds last month, respectively.

On the flipside, Saudi Arabia raised its production by 46,500 bpds, followed by Algeria with 17,700 bpds, and Iran with 10,000 bpds.

Libya, the UAE, Ecuador, and Kuwait also boosted their oil output by 6,900, 6,100, 3,100, and 800 bpds in the previous month, according to OPEC.

OPEC’s total production increased by 12,100 bpds to 31.93 million bpds during April, up from 31.92 million bpds in March 2018.
