Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Wednesday’s trading session in the red, for the second session in a row.

The benchmark Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) dropped 80.82 points, or 1.1%, to 7,958.47 points.

TASI’s trading volume reached 173.5 million shares on Wednesday, down from 184.4 million on Tuesday, while traded value fell to SAR 3.6 billion versus SAR 3.93 billion in the previous session.

The real estate sector topped TASI’s losers falling 2.57%, followed by the capital goods segment with 1.83%.

Likewise, the basic materials, telecommunication and banking sectors went down 0.96%, 0.88% and 0.77%, respectively.

In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU levelled down 3.29 points, or 0.11%, to finish the session at 3,064.96 points.
