Mubasher: The circulated currency cash in Kuwait with all its types increased by 0.6% in April 2018 when compared to the same month a year ago, according to a recent statement by the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).

Total circulated currency notes and coins grew to KWD 1.69 billion ($5.59 billion) in April 2018 from KWD 1.68 billion ($5.56 billion) in April 2017.

On a monthly basis, currency notes and coins decreased by 1.74% in April when compared to KWD 1.72 billion in March.

Circulated currency cash in April 2018 increased by 1.2% to KWD 1.67 billion when compared to KWD 1.65 billion in April last year.
