Mubasher: United Insurance Company has planed for listing its shares on Boursa Kuwait by 2021, as the company’s current profile endorses it to list on the stock exchange, the chairman of United Insurance Yousef Fraih Al Harbi said, as reported by Al Anba newspaper.

The insurance segment in Kuwait is currently facing challenges, which may develop to become a disaster if the government does not interfere to apply the law, Al Harbi said.

No breaches were registered regarding United Insurance’s balance sheet, income statements, investments, and insurance business, Al Harbi added.

The chairman noted that total revenues from insurance activity stood at KWD 7.37 million, while its net income stood at about KWD 252,300.
