Mubasher: Despite the fact that Sweden is one of the most peaceful countries in the world, its government is ready for war, and wants every citizen to be ready in case of an attack.

The Swedish government is sending out "war pamphlets" to its 4.8 million households, as reported by CNN.

The aim is to inform people of the roles in the case of an attack on their country.

This is the first time such measures were taken in the Scandinavian country since the 1980s, however, as Russian threats are growing globally, the government wants to be ready for all scenarios.

Russia has reportedly violated Swedish airspace and territorial waters, which led to Sweden strongly considering to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
