Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) decreased 2.45 points, or 0.03%, to 8,042.22 points in Wednesday’s early trades.

By 10:33 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 17 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 361.16 million through 10,600 transactions.

The materials, banking, and telecommunication services sectors declined 0.35%, 0.2%, and 0.12%, respectively.

On the other hand, the media sector rose 0.7%, while diversified financials sector inched up 0.5%.

Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) stock led losers with 1.8%, whereas Takween Advanced Industries’ stock topped gainers with 4.2%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, fell 4.42 points, or 0.14%, to 3,069.72 points.

The stocks of Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries and Arab Sea Information System tumbled 6.2% and 1.5%, respectively.

On the other hand, Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock edged up 0.8%.
