Saudi Ceramic Co. announces the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the company's capital increase based on the approval of extraordinary general assembly meeting which was held on 26-04-2018 corresponding to 10-08-1439 as following:
1.The total number of shares fractions is 741 shares
2.Sold fractions shares on 07-05-2018 corresponding to 21-08-1439 with a value of SAR 16,050.06 Thousands by average price SAR 21.66.
3.Amount will be deposit into the shareholders account on 23-05-2018 corresponding to 08-09-1439
The National Commercial Bank will be deposit fractions shares amount to those whose accounts data are available, whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient are contacted nearly branch of National Commercial Bank to receive their due compensation amount after 23-05-2018 corresponding to 08-09-1439.
