Dubai – Mubasher: The Emirate of Dubai has been ranked the world’s third safest city, according to Deutsche Bank’s recent report. 

While the emirate has come in the 18th spot in Deutsche Bank's list of 50 cities in terms of the quality of life, a report titled “Mapping the World's Prices 2018" revealed.

The rankings have taken into consideration purchasing power, safety, health care, cost of living, property price to income ratios, traffic commutes, pollution and climate, the report found.

As for salaries, Dubai ranked the world’s 9th city with the highest salaries, as the average of salaries recorded AED 12,660 per month ($3,477), data showed.  

An Emirati couple can save around $2,554 per month after the payment of their obligations, according to the German lender's report. 

Moreover, Dubai is deemed a platform for the future, as it combines tourism, entertainment, strong government entities and business companies, according to Next Big Future’s recent report.
