Emaar The Economic City has announced that the company held its Ordinary general assembly meeting in the Views Residences in king Abdullah Economic City on 28-05-2018 corresponding to 13-09-1439 at 22:30. All resolutions of the meeting are as follows:


1) Approved on the Board of Directors report for the fiscal year ending 31-12-2017.

2) Approved on the Company financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31-12-2017.

3) Approved on the auditor report for the fiscal year ending 31-12-2017.

4)Approved on appointing (KBMG) an External Auditor for the Company among nominees based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee to review and audit the Company quarterly financial statements for first, second and third quarter and yearly financial statements of the fiscal year 2018 and the first quarter of the fiscal year of 2019 and determine their fees.

5) Approved on the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending 31-12-2017.

6) Approved on the remuneration and compensation paid to the members of the Board of Directors for their membership included in the Board of Directors' report for the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
