Investment Holding Group announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 28/5/2018, which approved the following resolutions:

The voting process to elect three independent members for the Board membership has been performed, and the following candidates acquired the votes as per the following order:

1- Shiekh Nasser Ali S TH Al- Thani.

2- Mr. Omer Abdulaziz H A Al- Marwani .

3- Mr. Hamad Abdulla M SH A- Emadi .

4- Dr. Ahmad Abdulla M SH Al-Kuwari .

5- Mr. Ahmed Abdulkhaliq Al- Ghamdi .

The Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, to amend the Articles of Association of the Company as per law in particular the Governance Code, and nominate whomever necessary to sign on the official and necessary procedures, has been adjourned to the substitute meeting to convene on Sunday 3rd June 2018, for the reason of no completion of quorum.
