SABB Takaful announces that the Board of Directors has issued a resolution by circulation on Tuesday 29 May 2018, appointing Bander Almuhana, as Independent Director of SABB Takaful Board effect from 31 May 2018 in succession of Waleed Kayal who submitted his resignation to the board on 28 May 2018, which was accepted on Tuesday 29 May 2018 effective from 30 May 2018. Mr. Baner appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval.

Bander Almuhana is currently the Managing director of Flynas. He holds a degree in Accounting from King Saud university, KSA, in 1993. He also holds a master degree in Actuarial Mathematics and finance from Michigan university, USA in 2002

SABB Takaful Board Chairman and Directors have expressed their appreciations to Waleed Kayyal for all his valuable contributions and effective participations during his directorship; as they also have welcomed Bander Almuhana and wished him all success.
