Mubasher: The postponed extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of KGL Logistics approved on Sunday increasing the authorised, issued, and paid-up capital by 5% or KWD 3.5 million.

KGL Logistics will raise the capital to KWD 73.5 million from KWD 70 million by issuing 35 million bonus shares, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

Distributing the bonus shares will be on 21 June to the shareholders of record date on 19 June.

At the stock level, KGL Logistics went up by 0.24% to 41.9 fils.
