Investment Holding Group announced the results of its Extra Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 3/6/2018, which approved the following resolutions:

Amending articles 27, 29, 33, 36, and 48 of the Memorandum of Association that amended the Memorandum of Association of Investment Holding Group QPSC, authenticated with no 61866 dated 7/12/2016, which represent the reconciliation of Company’s position as per Governance Code for Companies and legal Entities Listed on the Main Market, issued by Qatar Financial Markets Authority by decision no 5/ 2016- Amendments attached to this letter.

Delegating Mr. Ghanim Sultan Al Hodaifi Al Kuwari and/or Mr. Mohammad Ghanim Sultan Al Hodaifi Al Kuwari, to sign singly, on the official and necessary procedures to sign, authenticate and register the amendment of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
