Allianz Saudi Fransi for Cooperative Insurance Company announces the recommendation of the Board of Directors through a circular resolution dated 19th of Ramadan 1439H corresponding to 4th of June 2018, to increase the company's capital through rights issue with a total value of SAR 400,000,000. This transaction will be subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities and the Extraordinary General Assembly. The price and the number of shares to be issued will determined after obtaining the approval of SAMA, CMA and other related regulators. The Company will announce subsequently the appointment of the financial advisor, the submission of the application with CMA, and any other significant future events in this regard.

The objective of the capital increase is to support the future growth of the company.

Contribution eligibility shall be to those shareholders who are listed in the Company shareholders register as at the end of the trading day on which the Extraordinary General Assembly will be held, and which will be announced at a later stage.
