MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Company announces the renewal of Directors and Officers Liability policy with face amount of SR 200,000,000 for a Premium of SR 370,000 in favor of Arab National Bank. The proposal has been accepted on 11/06/2018 corresponding to 27/09/1439 H. The duration of this policy is one year with effect from July 01, 2018 and renewable based on mutual agreement thereafter. This policy shall be presented to the coming general assembly for approval as the Board members Robert Eid and Nizar Al Twaijri have direct interest in the policy in their capacity as representatives of Arab National Bank in the Board of Directors of the company.
The company hereby confirms that no preferential treatment was given to this policy and it is within the usual business activity of the company.
