Kuwait’s oil output declines in May – OPEC
Saudi Arabia’s oil production inclined by 85,500 bpd

Mubasher: The oil production registered by Kuwait decreased by 5,700 barrels per day (bpd) in May, according to the monthly report by OPEC on Tuesday.

Kuwait’s oil output decreased to total 2.701 million bpd in May compared to 2.707 million bpd in April.

Similarly, five other countries including Nigeria, Venezuela, Libya, Qatar, and the UAE have decreased their oil production by 53,500 bpd, 42,500 bpd, 24,300 bpd, 24,300 bpd, 9,500 bpd, and 6,300 bpd, respectively.

Meanwhile, eight other countries led by Saudi Arabia increased their oil output. The OPEC’s report noted that Saudi Arabia’s oil production inclined by 85,500 bpd.
