Dubai - Mubasher: Emirates NBD has signed an agreement with Amwal Brokerage under which the UAE-based bank will provide Amwal with its settlement and clearing services.

In 2017, the UAE Securities Commodities Authority (SCA) approved Emirates NBD's request to be a general clearing member in local markets.

“We are delighted to have been chosen by Amwal Brokerage to provide a range of tools and services to enhance their operational efficiency,” Emirates NBD Group’s executive vice president Tariq Bin Hendi.

The partnership with Emirates NBD is in line with Amwal's nonstop effort to provide customers with superior services that meet the highest standards of efficiency and transparency,  Amwal Brokerage's chairman Saif Sultan Abdulla Al-Salami said.  

Earlier in June, Emirates NBD closed an agreement with Pioneers Waseet Securities to avail the bank’s settlement and clearing services.
