Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session with a mixed performance, as the Main market went up 0.05%, while both the All-Shar and Premier markets retreated 0.02% and 0.05%, respectively.

By 9:20 am Kuwait time, the basic materials sector led the decliners with 1.72%, while the telecom segment headed the gainers with 0.5%.

Kuwait Resorts was the top loser with a decline of 6.33%, while National Cleaning headed the winners with 5.9%.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 3.7 million after 10.6 million shares were exchanged through 480 transactions.

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.07 million, the stock retreated by 0.13%.

Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) was the most active stock on which 2 million shares were traded, the stock retreated 0.83%.
