Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has discussed with finance minister Amr El-Garhy the plans to reform the tax system.

The PM also discussed the monetary policy and economic reforms in a separate meeting with the governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), Tarek Amer.

The newly-formed government led by Madbouli will soon represent its program to the House of Representatives, according to an official statement issued on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Amer presented the developments in foreign exchange reserves in the recent period, as well as indicators, such as the balance of payments and foreign debts.
