Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday with a mixed performance for the third session in a row in line with a decline in trading activity.

The All-Share and Premier markets inclined by 0.02% and 0.2%, respectively, while the Main Market retreated by 0.28%.

Telecom companies topped three rising segments with 0.94%, while the oil and gas sector led seven decliners with 0.7%.

Muntazahat headed the winners with 7.09%, while National Shooting was the top loser with a fall of 6.25%.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 52% to KWD 10.21 million on Sunday compared to KWD 21.27 million in the previous session after the trading volume decreased by 31.6% to 51.03 million shares from 74.55 million.

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.85 million, the stock reached 746 fils.

Abyaar Real Estate was the most active stock on which 5.64 million shares were traded, the stock went down 1.09%.
