Cairo – Mubasher: Marseilia Group expects to achieve EGP 2.5 billion in sales from its Marseilia Beach 4 project in Egypt’s North Coast, chairman Sherif Helw told Mubasher.

Marseilia Beach 4 comprises four phases, the sales of the first two are estimated at around EGP 1.6 billion, the top official added.

The first phase was marketed, while the second’s marketing plan is underway, he revealed.

Situated on 150 feddans, the megaproject includes 1,600 units and is slated for completion within two years, Helw noted.

Earlier in June, the Egypt-based developer’s chairman stated that his company was planning to execute EGP 20 billion in projects in Cairo and Alexandria within five years.
