Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended the fourth and last week of June on a positive note.
The Tadawul All Shares Index (TASI) rose by 1.3%, or 107.8 points, and reached the level of 8,314.19 points by the end of Thursday's trade.
It is worth noting that the previous week had only two sessions due to the eid holiday.
Meanwhile, traded values reached SAR 14.7 billion ($3.9 billion), with volumes reaching 659 million shares.
Average liquidity rose by 51.3% to SAR 2.9 billion per session, while traded volumes went up 68.6% compared with the week before.
As for the market sectors' performance, 17 sector indices made gains, led by media and publishing with 11.2% and commercial services with 4.3%.
Materials, banks, and telecom sectors, went up 1.68%, 1.64%, and 1.62%, respectively.
On the other hand, utilities lost 4.2%, and real estate declined by 0.51%.
