With reference to the CMA announcement on 13/09/1439H corresponding to 28/05/2018G in relation to approving Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company’s ("The Company") request to increase its capital from SAR (557,812,500) to a maximum of SAR (1,015,812,500) through debt conversion. The CMA would like to announce its approval of the company's request to amend the approved increase of its capital through debt conversion to a maximum of SAR (1,123,812,500) instead of SAR (1,015,812,500).

This approval is conditional on the Company’s extraordinary general assembly approval and completion of the necessary procedures in relation to the applicable regulations.
