Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi food producer Almarai Co has announced raising prices of some dairy products, on the back of higher costs.

The labour, fodder imports, transportation, and energy led to increasing the prices, according to Almarai’s statement on Monday.

The Gulf's largest dairy firm last reported a 4.88% growth in its profits to SAR 344 million in the first quarter of 2018, from SAR 328 million during Q1-17.

The stock rose 0.67% to close Monday at SAR 60.40.
