Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has offered “International Toll Free Service” to its customers in six countries outside Kuwait without any additional fees.

KFH’s new services will be offered to the customers in the US, the UK, Canada, France, Turkey, and Germany, according to a recent statement.

This Toll Free service comes as part of the bank’s strategy to offer superior customer service that enhances its continuing efforts to improve innovation and reinforce the network of its banking services, KFH added in the statement on Wednesday.

To use this International Toll Free Service and reach KFH’s Allo Baitak Call Center1803333, customers can call any of the following toll free numbers:

KFH clarified that calls from those numbers have priority to pick up from the Call Center agents.

“This service in conjunction with the travel season, enabling KFH’s customers to contact the KFH Call Center from the mentioned countries at any time of the day or night, adding to the customers’ peace of mind in knowing that their bank is a local phone call away, wherever they are,” the statement added.
