Mubasher: KAMCO Investment said that its board of directors had approved the prospectus of issuing bonds valued at KWD 40 million ($132.4 million) during a meeting held on 1 May.

The company added that it has informed the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regarding the delay of the disclosure, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
