Board of Directors of Al Meera Consumer Goods Company has made a resolution appointing Eng. Salah Ahmed Al-Hammadi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company instead of Mr. Johannes Jacobus Lombard.
