Listing the Rights Issue Of Egyptian for Developing Building Materials -2 , separately from the underlying shares of the Company-Main Market
The Listing Committee held on 18/07/2018 has approved to list the Rights Issue Of Egyptian for Developing Building Materials-2, separately from the underlying shares of the company. The company’s issued Rights amounted to 2.5 million Rights, resulting from the company’s capital increase from EGP 54,959,500 to EGP 79,959,500 , such increase amounting EGP 25 million is through rights issue for the company’s existing shareholders , at a par value of EGP 10 in addition to 15 piaster Issuance Fees. Taking into consideration the following :-
The rights issue will be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares ) staring 31/07/2018 till the end of 26/08/2018 trading session ”ISIN Code (EGS921D1C010)”, only if the market price of company’s share were higher than the subscription price of the rights issue.
This rights issue will be removed from EGX database by the end of 26/08/2018 trading session.
The rights issue will be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares ) staring 31/07/2018 till the end of 26/08/2018 trading session ”ISIN Code (EGS921D1C010)”, only if the market price of company’s share were higher than the subscription price of the rights issue.
This rights issue will be removed from EGX database by the end of 26/08/2018 trading session.
